CLEVELAND — A Northeast Ohio brother and sister are using their talent with spoken word to spark action to help the homeless. Lionel and Rajah Morales are known as New Genesis, a poetry/hip hop/activist duo. They say giving back to the community has always been the reason behind their rhymes.
This year they’re holding a holiday hand donation drive to help the Norma Herr Women’s Center and the Lutheran Men’s Shelter in Cleveland. The goal is to make 350 personal care kits for the homeless.

Brian Torres is teaming up with the siblings, offering his Faded Barbershop, located at 5565 Ridge Road in Parma, as a drop-off site for donations.
